3.8.5 Release

New Features – Mobile App

  • Challenges 2.0

Our Mobile App Challenges feature has been reimagined! With Challenges 2.0, registered app users will automatically be enrolled in any Challenge associated with their event. Rather than having a separate Challenges screen, Challenge components will now appear in a dedicated tile on the Overview page. Challenges will now be activity-based only, and Challenge leaderboards can be accessed from both the Overview screen and the Activity screen. While new 1.0 Challenges will no longer be offered, existing challenges will continue to be supported. (MA-3858 & MA-4214) (Client-side)

  • Overview Screen Progress Section Update

In order to support Challenges 2.0, we’ve removed activity information from the Progress tile on the Overview screen. The tile now displays fundraising progress only for all participants. (MA-4145 & MA-4206) (Client-side)

  • Luminate Online/GoFundMePro Dual Login Integration

We’ve built new login logic to allow clients with campaigns on both Luminate Online and GoFundMe Pro to support app users across platforms. (MA-3909) (Client-side)

  • Luminate Online/Donor Drive Dual Login Integration

We’ve built new login logic to allow clients with campaigns on both Luminate Online and Donor Drive to support app users across platforms. (MA-3849)(Client-side)

  • Raisin Mobile App Integration

Raisin is now a supported platform for Nuclavis Mobile Apps. Organizations using Raisin can now partner with Nuclavis to offer a mobile app to peer-to-peer program participants.  (MA-3959) (Client-side)

New Features – Mobile Messaging

  • Funraisin Messaging Integration

Nuclavis Mobile Messaging is now fully integrated with Funraisin. Funraisin clients can now partner with Nuclavis to send automated, personalized recruitment and coaching text messages to current and lapsed participants. (MA-3856)

Resolved

  • iOS Apps: Fundraising Checklist Character Limitation

We fixed an issue where checklist text was being cut off at around 45 characters; text now wraps properly to match the Android experience. (MA-4192) (Client-side)

  • iOS Apps: Matching Gifts Tile

We identified and resolved an issue affecting clients using the Double the Donation integration where the Matching Gifts tile would occasionally disappear from the Donate screen. (MA-4139) (Server-side)

  • Funraisin: Activity Tracking

This update enhances the creation and syncing of activity data between Nuclavis and Funraisin. Moving forward, activity data will be synced using the Nuclavis Activity ID, ensuring data stays up to date and reducing the risk of duplicate entries. (MA-3769) (Server-side)

  • Android: Garmin Authentication

We fixed an issue where selecting Garmin as a fitness tracker incorrectly showed the user as connected when returning to the Activity Tracking screen without completing the sign-in process, even though no credentials were entered. (MA-3922) (Server-side)

  • Android: Admin Check Deposit Participant Search

We resolved an issue on Android where the Admin Check Deposit feature required admins to search for the participant each time and did not retain the last selected participant, unlike iOS. (MA-4053) (Client-side)

  • iOS: Admin Check Deposit Split Check Amounts

We fixed an issue on iOS for Admin Check deposits where the split check retained the previous amount but displayed $0 at the bottom, requiring users to manually clear the field each time. (MA-4052) (Client-side)

  • Check Deposit: Enforcing Required Fields

We fixed an issue on iOS & Android where required fields could be bypassed. Users could clear the field and move forward without entering the required information. (MA-4050 & MA-4051) (Client-side)

  • Android: Admin Check Deposit “Find a Donor” Redirect

We fixed an issue on Android where the check deposit flow did not send admins back to “Find a Donor” after previously using “Create a Donor.” (MA-4146) (Client-side)

  • Funraisin: Admin Check Deposit

Admins previously had difficulty distinguishing between events with identical names. To address this, we’ve added the event ID next to the event name, improving accuracy and confidence when selecting the correct event for deposits. (MA-3942) (Client-side)
