1. One-Click Mobile Check-In

This option is perfect for organizations who want to count event attendees without creating a bottleneck on event day. One-click mobile check-in gives participants a self-service option to check themselves in through their mobile app and skip the check-in line at the event.

Participants can also use the app to show their up-to-date fundraising total when picking up incentive items they have qualified for, like T-shirts and VIP fundraiser swag.

Even if you’re not interested in collecting attendee counts, promoting mobile check-in leading up to your event can also drive mobile app adoption, give participants another reason to log into the app, and remind them about their fundraising goal.

2. Grassroots Unwired 4EventDay Integration

This option was built for events with a more formal check-in procedure, like cycling and endurance events, that require fundraising minimums, special forms, or emergency contact information to be provided or confirmed at check in.

Organizations can partner with Grassroots Unwired to develop a custom check-in process. Then the Nuclavis team can add a check-in button and bar code to your mobile app – for free. On event day, app users can show their bar code at check-in, where a volunteer or staff member can scan it and find the participant’s record instantly to start their check-in process.
