Nuclavis is seeking an experienced peer-to-peer fundraising strategist to help our nonprofit clients achieve measurable fundraising success through our mobile-first solutions. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Project Management, Sales, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure clients are maximizing the full potential of Nuclavis Mobile Apps and Mobile Messaging.
A successful candidate for this role will be knowledgeable about peer-to-peer fundraising and recruitment strategies, experienced with online peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, skilled in reporting and data analysis, and passionate about guiding clients to exceed their goals through data-driven strategy.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel required (typically once or twice per quarter) for conferences, client meetings, or internal team gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Build, compile, and analyze reports to evaluate client performance across Nuclavis solutions.
- Translate report findings into actionable strategies and recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.
- Present insights and growth strategies during client meetings and executive business reviews
Content Development
- Develop and deliver custom communications plans and content for clients from strategy through implementation. Create copy, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets that align with each client’s strategy and brand voice. May include email, text messages, website content, social media, and more.
Thought Leadership
- Contribute to Nuclavis’ thought leadership efforts by supporting the annual Mobile Benchmark Report, P2P Fundraising Study, blog posts, emails, and other strategic publications.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional client service by fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests, providing consultative guidance, and educating clients on mobile fundraising best practices and Nuclavis product features.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in a digital peer-to-peer fundraising–related role.
- Expertise with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online, DonorDrive, Classy, Funraisin, Neon One, or OneCause.
- Demonstrated strength in reporting and data analysis with the ability to extract insights from raw data and translate them into strategy.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP, formatting, etc.).
- Skilled in developing polished presentations in PowerPoint, Canva, or other slideware tools.
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling abilities to communicate complex data clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment with a client-first mindset.
