Project Manager
Nuclavis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team and help position our nonprofit clients for peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising success. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates cross-functionally across Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Development, and QA to ensure our clients’ mobile solutions’ smooth implementation and ongoing success.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with strong project management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about empowering nonprofits through technology.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel required (typically once or twice per quarter) for conferences, client meetings, or internal team gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead new client implementation projects from kickoff to launch.
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, and project timelines.
- Collect and document client requirements and assets.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver configurations and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Deliver the finished product, gather feedback, refine, and secure client approval.
Campaign & Project Support
- Manage campaign relaunches and custom client projects.
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Client Education & Success
- Educate clients on Nuclavis features, tools, and P2P best practices.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
Issue Resolution & QA
- Partner with QA and support analysts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Advocate for client needs while balancing internal priorities.
Desired Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in P2P fundraising or nonprofit technology roles; experience with SaaS client onboarding/project management strongly considered.
- Familiarity with P2P fundraising platforms (e.g., Blackbaud Luminate Online, DonorDrive, GoFundMe Pro, Funraisin, NeonOne, OneCause) is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
