Account Manager
Nuclavis is seeking an experienced Account Manager to establish and grow our presence across the UK and Europe. This highly visible role will serve as Nuclavis’s primary representative in the region, building strong relationships with nonprofit organizations while leading implementation, customer success, support, and business development activities.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Account Manager will work closely with our US-based Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, Development, QA, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while helping expand Nuclavis’ footprint throughout the UK and European markets.

As our European client base expands, this individual will play a key role in building and leading our regional organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
- Partner with the leadership team to grow Nuclavis‘ presence across the UK and Europe.
- Build relationships with prospective nonprofit organizations, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, conferences, and client relationships.
- Support sales presentations, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Help generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities while collaborating closely with the US sales team.
Client Relationship & Strategy
- Build strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients, executive sponsors, and key stakeholders throughout the UK and Europe.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day relationships with a focus on trust, transparency, and long-term partnership.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning Nuclavis solutions with each client’s fundraising and engagement goals.
- Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued success.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for continuous improvement.
Client Implementation & Delivery
- Lead client implementations from kickoff through successful launch.
- Coordinate implementation activities between clients and US-based Project Management, Development, QA, and Product teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Deliver client onboarding, training, and adoption programs that maximize long-term success.
- Ensure smooth transitions from implementation into ongoing customer success.
Customer Success & Support
- Serve as the primary support contact for UK and European clients, ensuring timely resolution of client questions and issues.
- Partner with US support and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Proactively monitor client health and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
- Support contract renewals while identifying opportunities for product expansion and additional services.
- Share client feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help inform future roadmap priorities.
Collaboration & Regional Leadership
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Project Management, Development, QA, and Leadership teams across the US.
- Help establish scalable customer success, implementation, and support processes for the European region.
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure a seamless client experience.
- As the business grows, help define and build the future Customer Success organization across the UK and Europe.
Desired Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, Project Management, or similar client-facing leadership roles within nonprofit technology or SaaS.
- Experience leading SaaS implementations and managing complex client onboarding projects.
- Proven ability to build executive-level client relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated success supporting business development, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to revenue expansion.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to executive audiences.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector, providing fundraising strategy and account management.
- Experience and familiarity with nonprofit fundraising platforms in the UK and EU markets.
- Experience with contributing to marketing thought leadership – such as social posts, blogs, videos, etc.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and initiative are essential.
